Happy 6th Birthday Kaylee Rose

Six years ago today, our first little miracle, Kaylee Rose came into this world. I can't beleive how time has flown by. I still remember when I first held her I thought to myself, "I couldn't have asked for a more perfect little girl, but oh my, now what do I do!" She broke us in very quickly... she was so colicky. Here's a shot of her as a newborn. She must have been incredibly spoiled those first few days because I had a hard time coming up with a picture of just her, not being held by anyone. This was the best I could do.

Today she's our beautiful, bashful (yet sassy when she wants to be) little gal. Her two favorite things are horses and princesses. She's amazing when it comes to her tumbling classes. She is so close to being able to do a backhand spring into the pit all by herself. She loves school and enjoys coloring and writing little stories. Here's a picture of her this evening opening a couple of her gifts.

I sure hope the next few years don't fly by as fast as these first few have. I tried to tell her I was just going to put 5 candles on her cake tonight so she would still be five. Don't I wish it were that easy!
