Christmas 2012

We spent Christmas at Nana & Pa's house this year, so on Christmas Eve before we drove up, we let the kids open a couple gifts.  Here's Kaylee showing Anden her new Kindle Fire.

We were so happy to get to spend part of Christmas day with my nephew Ben and niece Abigail.

 

Ben gave the kids a sled... hoping to get GOOD use from it this year!

After dinner, we drove home and spent Christmas evening with Jesse's side of the family.

Happy 8th Birthday Jacob!

We celebrated Jacob's birthday this month with friends and family...

 

Jacob invited a few friends to spend an evening at Big Splash in French Lick.

He has been wanting an iPod for his Birthday, so Kaylee and I decided to trick him by wrapping it up and putting it in several bigger boxes.  I think we had him going for awhile!

We also celebrated with family...

 

His Godfather gave him a BB gun.  He's loving it!

 

And Nana and Pa gave him an IU blanket.  He loves it!

Our Summer... So Far

We celebrated Anden's Birthday at the end of May.  Here he is with his Great-Grandpa and Great-Grandma.

Great-Grandma hand-stitched this quilt for him.  When he opend it, he shouted, "My bed!"  He was a tad bit excited.

Vacation Bible School Closing Program.  Almost 200 kids participated this year!  WOW!

Jacob's 7 & Under All-Star Team won their tournament!  So proud of those boys!  Jacob hit THREE homeruns in this tourney.  He was in the zone!

Kaylee's spent a lot of time caring for her two calves that she'll be showing in the 4-H Fair.  Love this picture of her calling her calves in.

We've also done some boating with family this summer, but someone has misplaced the memory card those pictures were on... Good thing I uploaded the pictures to the CVS website.  A CD has already been ordered so just as soon as that comes in, I'll be uploading a few more pictures here!

Anden Lee, you are THREE! 

How has that happened?!?!?!  Where have the last 3 years gone? 

You are the msot loving little guy. 

You have such a sense of humor. 

You make us laugh everyday with your little shinanagans.
